Challenging fun workout / Ann, PA7/7/2008 As a 53 year old out of shape person I find this rebounder to provide quite a challenging but enjoyable workout.I had no trouble assembling it, you just need to read the directions. The workout dvd''s are ok, not as entertaining as Richard Simmons but who is? You can use your DVD main menu button to access each workout, you don''t need to fast forward. This is the most fun piece of exercise equipment I have, and I have it all, believe me, or just ask my husband!
Not for heavy weights! / Leslie, TX7/6/2008 Said it wouldn''t tip, it did. I weigh 275lbs and it bounced off the floor! Jumping surface was too narrow, couldn''t do a proper squat without stepping on the springs; when I sat on it to do ab work, I sank down on it to the point my feet would not touch the floor,I moved closer to the edge and it tipped on me. Hubby is taller than me, and he said was too narrow, he also had problems with it tipping. The weight limitation should be 200lbs.
Great / , WA6/12/2008 I have had mine for about a month. I love it. I either use one of the workout DVD''s or make up my own routine while watching the news or a movie. The bar is supposed to assist you in maintaining your balance. It''s not going to be solid like the ones on a treadmill. If you need that much stability to use the trampoline, it''s probably not the right exercise apparatus for you.
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!!! / bj, IL6/5/2008 I had a very old rebounder, so was excited to get the new one. Even I (61) could assemble it by myself. I just stood on one side and used my other leg to flatten it out. The stabilizer bar is meant to be loose but it just gives me something to touch when I need it. Love the quality, the exercises are a blast! I''m not on the floor for my pilates type exercises now! Yeah! It gives me so much more energy and easy on the knees and feet! I highly recommend this to all!
Rebounding is tougher than it looks! / Cindy, CA5/31/2008 I was excited to receive my rebounder, especially for the DVD workouts. They are very easy to follow and very easy to switch back and forth from. The technique tips prior to the workout are great. I put mine up by myself, the instructions clearly state that to break-down use two people. I started with the "for beginners" #1 DVD and consider myself somewhat fit, but just the 15 min. beginner work out kicked my butt! I am going to really like this piece of equipment.
