Inverting has just been made easier with our Over EZ Training Handles. Much like training wheels for a bicycle, this pair of softly padded, extra large, rounded hand grip handles is designed to assist novice inverters on the Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table.

The upgrade Over EZ Training Handles attach to the A-frame of the inversion table, where the standard handles are normally assembled, and help make inverting even easier. Once comfortable using the inversion table, you can choose to use either the Over EZ Training Handles, or convert back to the standard handles that come with the inversion table. Step-by-step, illustrated instructions are included to make assembly a breeze.
