I received a box on my door step wondering why it wasn't bigger. I expected the inversion table with the massage mat unfortunately it was the exact opposite and when talking to the customer service dept., it was a pathetic excuse for customer service. They told me to read the fine print on the website, its states inversion table not included and they weren't going to pay for the return of the item because it states its not included in fine print. And that my money wouldn't be refunded until they receive the product that is if they actually will refund my money. I will NEVER use www.HSN.com again. I will stick with www.QVC.com they are way better and they don't portray an item as all in one and then in fine print say that something is not included, like THE MAIN PART!!!

The talk about this product said it was a "massaging mat", but in reality it is only a glorified vibrator, and the infrared heat is a big joke. I was extremely disappointed in this product. I really like the hang-up tho.

THE MASSAGE MAT IS COMFORTABLE AND YOU CAN TURN UP THE SPEED, BUT THE INFRARED NECK PILLOW IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I TRIED SEVERAL POSITIONS AND IT HURT MY NECK. I HOPE OTHERS WHO TRY THIS HAVE BETTER LUCK THAN I DID. ROGER, PLEASE GIVE US A BETTER PILLOW TO REST OUR WEARY HEADS. I WILL BE KEEPING THIS, BECAUSE THE MASSAGE MAT GIVES THAT EXTRA SUPPORT FOR YOUR BACK WHEN USING THE INVERSION TABLE.

My husband wanted this to go along with his new Teeter Hang Ups Table - he was VERY dissapointed with this product. You really can't feel any of the massage action, even when it's turned all the way up. Not at all what he expected - we are returning it.
