contains 3 pads - two oval and one square) for use with your Slendertone
abdominal belt. Get approx. 30-40 usages per pad (exact usage rate will vary,

I Love my Slendertone Flex! / , GA4/28/2008 I’ve been using the Slendertone Flex system for close to a year now, and I’m still on the original pads, though they’re still useable, the glue on the backing is wearing out. lol The secret to making them last so long? I use to have to use a TENS system, for RSDS a chronic pain condition, and learned if I used a few drops of water on the gel side and rubbed it lightly with the tips of my fingers it would break the dead skin and other particulates lose, DON’T press so hard you break up the gel.
Better than I thought / , TN8/1/2007 I''ve been using the product about a month and now reordering the gel pads because it''s working. I have loose abdominal flab and much to my surprise, I''m seeing a difference. I''ve increased the numbers (now to 90) as I''ve gotten accustomed the belt. I agree that the water tip seems to make the gel pads work better.Love the product!
Does the Job. / Sharon, NV7/22/2007 I have had my Slendertone for awhile. I find that if you use when you get out of the shower, you are clean & the pads last longer. I put it on while I do my hair & makeup. When I''m done it''s done. The pads are a bit pricey. I thought they were less expensive the last time I ordered them. Maybe increasing the amout of pads & leaving the price the same would be the best way to go. Instead of 9 or 3 packs, how about 15 pads or 5 packs. Just a thought.
I LOVE IT! / Heidi, IL6/27/2007 I have been using the slendertone for about 6 weeks.I am extremely pleased with this product.I have an apple shape(big gut)!I am doing ab exercises as well as cardio. I do not wear them while working out.As far as the cost of the gel packs, perhaps someone knowledgeable in the cost of medical grade supplies could provide some insight.My gels have lasted these 6 weeks,possibly because I carefully replace the liner everytime.I am ordering more and do not find the price unreasonable!
Does exactly what it says it will do! / Susan Marie, IL5/31/2007 I''m extremely pleased with the slendertone! I''ve used it for one week and feel my ab muscles getting stronger. I went for a hike yesterday and could feel a significant difference in my posture and stomach strength!
At first, I thought it didn''t work and was about to return it! I read the instructions *one* more time and found I had not connected the device to the belt until I heard that click!
Rubbing just a bit of water on the pads after use makes the gooey gel seem to renew itself.
