Good while it lasted / , PA5/25/2008 Was a pain to get set up correctly but worked great for about one week. My son attempted to change the settings and kaput!; the second head either sprays water all over OR just drips down the shower. Beyond the return period so stuck with it.

Unfortunately, the holder to the hand head it''s already too loose and can''t keep it straight, it''s very upsetting.
IT NEEDS GRIP in the heads to make settings easier, that''s a big "oopsie".
I have a yorkie and a lab, the soft setting doesn''t scare them and showers are SO much easier now, which the reason why I dind''t return it. But I would like a hose just 4" longer.

We did us plumbers tape on the fixture. It works perfectly on all settings and increases water pressure. There is even enough water pressure when using both at the same time.

needed to use that tape around the threadings(not included). slighty hard to turn settings when wet, no real grip to it or if your hands are soapy,forget about it. Pressure''s great,settings are great,hose is long. Nothings perfect. Minor bumps in the beginning, but well worth keeping now! have patience
It would be great if it didn''t leak at connection / Susan, OH2/27/2008 I agree with other reviews... it is nice to have 2 shower heads, but the control doesn''t stop the one shower head when you''re using the other.(which it should) and it does leak around the connections. Probably keep it till it actually falls apart then get a much better one in the stores in my area.
