Damaged before opening!5/9/2008 Item was delivered in a box that was opened and torn. Numerous pieces were obviously missing upon first glance. I called HSN and was told it would take 2 weeks to hear from the vendor and then additional time for a replacement to be shipped. I canceled the order and will not recieve refund until the vendor recieves damaged item. I will be buying similar product elsewhere.
everything promised fulfilled!!! / Joanie, PA4/26/2008 I was very impressed and satisfied with this product. I was very worried about assembly, but we put it together in less than two hours. What a great workout! I worked every muscle and did a total workout in twenty minutes. I highly reccomend this machine, really perfect in every way.
Very pleased / BJ, VA4/26/2008 As I own a ProForm treadmill, I am familiar with the ProForm name and quality. I had a problem with mine (a crack in the plastic housing over the flywheel), HSN customer service took care of that promptly. It was easy to assemble, but some of the hardware had come off the card and was scattered in the box, but it was all there. The machine was quite dusty, and needed to be cleaned. So far, I really like it, and I am using it in combination with my treadmill. I would recommend this product.
SUPER PRODUCT / Sandy, OH4/25/2008 Love this Elliptical so far! My husband was very impressed with the instructions for putting this together. Proform marked all the parts and screws and made it almost impossible to mess up. Did not take long to get it together and we were able to get right on it and start our work out. This Proform is very smooth and has alot to offer. We did buy the extended warranty just in case but hopefully we won''t need it. GREAT PRICE since it has free shipping.
Fear not! / Barb, IL4/24/2008 After reading the horror stories of assembling an eliptical, I almost didn''t buy this one. It does take a while to remove the packaging and inventory all the parts. As far as the assembly goes; I am a petite woman and I assembled this by myself in 2 hours 45 minutes. The instructions are well written and the small parts are all labeled on a sealed card. The eliptical seems very soild and is whisper quiet. It has the feel of a much more expensive piece of equipment. I love it.
