Ok, it is Heavy, my Neighbor and I carried it out of the box and in the front door, we both struggled but I have been running 4 miles on it every morning for the last week and it's been nice. Very Quiet, and definately love the cushion track, I was running 4 mile outside and my ankles started hurting me real bad, I haven't even felt any pain on this treadmill in the ankle area. I really am enjoying this product. 5 star.

The treadmill itself is awesome. It runs very smooth compared to other Proforms I have had previously. The tv is a little less quality then expected. Its not very clear and dont bother trying to hear your program while running with the fan on. I would recommend external pc type speakers plugged into the headphone jack for best results. The biggest downfall though is the lift assist. It should not be called air lift, its rather heavy and could be an inconvenience.

I wish I could write an honest review of this treadmill but it is still sitting in my garage because it is too heavy to get into my house and downstairs into my gym. I wish HSN was more honest about this because now I have to pay movers to come bring it inside. Make sure you have 2-3 big guys to move it in because it is 300 lbs and very wide and you can't take it apart. It looks VERY nice and easy to put together and maybe someday I'll get to use it!

This is a great great tredmill, but be warned it is delivered by a Semi truck, the box is biger then I am and I stand 6 ft, if you have stairs you will need help!! and as of this point I have yet to figure out the easy lift all I can find is that you need to be able to lift 42 lbs and no easy lift.
