Assembly required but not advised / Annoyed in the , CA7/1/2008 I just received and open up the box to find that massive assembly and tools I do not own are required. I would not have purchased it had I been made aware of this. Due to the fold-up nature of the product I assumed that it would come assembled or minimal assembly required. The delivery company was great but HSN''s false advertising and unhelpful attitude (the pick up of this massive 160 lb box will take up to 3 weeks - which of course will delay my credit) has left a bad taste in my mouth!!!
