GREAT ITEM / Barbara, NH6/10/2008 I got this for my husband as an annivesary/father''s day gift. Being a roofer he wanted something to put inhis car for after work. He loved it even the heat. He was pleasantly surprised at the lower back setting.
The only draw back is it is loud.

I was really disappointed2/14/2008 I was so hoping this product would do what it purports to do... the massage is a slight all-over vibration that is very inadequate; the heat is hardly detectable; and it almost tore up my chair.
purchased for a christmas gift ( NOT HAPPY AT ALL) / NOT HAPPY, NY1/27/2008 Fisrt of all I ordered one for my friend for christmas and they sent me two, I sent the fisrt one back and wrapped the other one for a gift, if I would have known it was as noisey and uncomfortable I would have sent them both back at the same time. I was surprised when he told me it was not worth it, I was disappointed cause I gave as a gift. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
