Fibromyagia Suffer of 20 years / San Diego, CA6/12/2008 I''m 35 years old, and a Fibromyagia suffer for 20 years. I agree with the previous review. The massage relieves a great deal of chronic pain, and while I''m sitting in my recliner watching tv. It''s easy to use, and I do like the seperate setting for the head, shoulders, back, and legs along with the on/off heat option. I have a Dr. Scholls 10 motor for the last 2 years, and I like this DeStress one better. I just give the other one to a family member.

But oh goodness, this feels SO good. Yesterday was BAD for me, and relaxing on this that afternoon and evening was so soothing, even the low setting. I just put in on the bed and I ended up falling asleep w/o a sleeping pill in MONTHS. It feels that good. You will love this, don''t miss it, especially at this price! I am also glad Tony has toned down!

Relaxing... / Riki, AZ3/22/2008 I love mine. If a Shiatsu is too much for you, then this mat is perfect. The only thing I wish is that it have more settings like my old one. I will definately buy another one when mine wears out.
