Poorly made and very unstable both on carpet and hard floor. The steps did not go down all the way to achieve the full impact of the step exercise. Additionally, it was too high to store under the bed, it was large and cumbersome. The money would be better spent for the traditional gym or exercise equipment. I bought 2, one for myself and the other for a friend; she was very disappointed with it as well (she returned hers, I would return mine too if I had not thrown away the box.)

I purchased the Air Climber over a year ago, use it every day while watching TV. I have NEVER had a problem with deflating or anything else. I found the resistance I liked that I could keep up for an hour while watching an evening show, and have not had to touch it. Sometimes I use the bodycord, sometimes I do my own thing with my arms. The bottom line is you burn calories instead of sitting on the couch. This is a well made product and does what it is supposed to do.

I found it to be very cheaply made. I did not think it was sturdy and was not happy with it at all and am going to return it. It is about 35.00 to return but at least w Will get some money back. Don't waist your time or money on this

I am reviewing the stepper only and not Brenda's attitude on her workout dvd which seemed to bother some reviewers, which is odd.
In any case, the stepper is made of heavy -weight durable "plastic". Unless you abuse this, I can't see how it will lose air. I have been on this 6 days a week, 30 minutes, and it's great. I'm pretty tough on my home equipment so...I rate this as excellent. Maybe it will save you time and money. It has for me.

I have owned this air climber for over a month now and use it about two to three times a week and it is a great workout. I like the super 7 pump workout as I know I am getting my upper body in shape as well as my lower body. My air climber never deflates and stays inflated during my workout. I am very happy with this purchase.
